We help neurodiverse children & families
After my son received a diagnosis that included multiple developmental delays, I was devastated. Shortly afterwards, I was overwhelmed with the sheer amount of work required to setup the schooling, therapies & activities the doctors recommended.
After I left my career and rebuilt our village & home life to meet our child's needs, everything changed. His speech delay disappeared. His aggressive behaviors went to near-zero. And his fine motor skills gap closed.
I created Hopeward to help neurodiverse children and their families take the first steps after a life-altering diagnosis, build up their village of teachers, therapists, and friends, sidestep common pitfalls, and celebrate their child's milestones that refuse to be rushed.

Turn pain into power
Through one-on-one parent coaching, we help you:
1) Take the most impactful steps after your child's diagnosis, and embrace the challenge & calling.
2) Create your village by finding the best schools, therapies, extracurricular activities, and camps for your child.
3) Steer clear of missteps, and treasure your child's wins that bloom in their own season.

Meet Estelle
Around the time my son was diagnosed with a special need, I left a successful career as a corporate executive to focus on him. I gave up a six-figure salary and a prestigious job at a well-known company. But what we gained was well worth it. I watched my son overcome his speech delay, fine motor delay, and aggressive behaviors, and enter into a new era of calm and thriving.
Before dedicating myself to my son full-time, I spent eight years at LinkedIn helping people find jobs they loved, earned my MBA from Wharton, career coached students toward their vocational goals, and helped co-found a K-8 school.
Now, I’m channeling my passion and experience into Hopeward—empowering parents to overcome challenges & unlock their children's potential.
